Legal terms bonus or loyalty product
Program Overview 1.1. The bonus or loyalty program (“Program”) offered by Pizza Hut, LLC (“Promoter”) allows participants to earn rewards, bonuses, or benefits based on their qualifying purchases or activities with Pizza Hut.
Eligibility 2.1. The Program is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements specified by the Promoter. Participants must be of legal age and comply with any additional criteria or restrictions outlined in the Program materials.
Program Participation 3.1. To participate in the Program, participants may be required to create an account, provide accurate and complete information, and agree to the Program’s terms and conditions. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3.2. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these terms and conditions while participating in the Program. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of accumulated rewards or benefits.

5.2. Rewards or benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other forms of compensation unless explicitly permitted by the Promoter.
Program Changes and Termination 6.1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. This includes changes to the Program’s terms and conditions, rewards or benefits, earning criteria, redemption options, or any other aspect of the Program.
Privacy and Personal Information 7.1. The collection, use, and disclosure of participants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. By participating in the Program, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Program and providing relevant communications.
Limitation of Liability 8.1. The Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or in connection with the Program or the use of any rewards or benefits, including, but not limited to, any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Program is conducted. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Severability 10.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By participating in the Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
